Reference:
A. DVA Rehabilitation procedures and recognition of Undergraduate credits

I’m writing this because a DVA contactor has advised me they were given a DVA referral and notification that my Rehab program has been approved.

To assist me provide this undergraduate credits information to DVAs contractor can you provide an FOI copy of:

(A) my ADF civilian accreditation for whole of career and ADF sponsored undergraduate courses completed by me between 1981 to 2001.
(B) your ADF responses to me in relation to my civil accreditation requests (made in 2000, 2019 and 2021) for recognition of my ADF training and experiences.

Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) to documents held by the

licence or the cover page of a current passport.

 

The scope of your request is:

includes private email addresses, signatures, personnel (PMKeyS) numbers
and mobile telephone numbers, unless you specifically request such
details. Defence excludes duplicates of documents and any documents sent
to or from you. Furthermore, Defence only considers final versions of
documents.

 

If you are seeking personal details of other individuals, please advise
this office by 11 October 2021, so that the decision maker can consider
your request.

 

The statutory deadline for you to receive a response to your request is 2
November 2021.

 

Due to the current ACT COVID-19 lockdown, there may be delays in
processing your FOI request. We will be in contact if we require your
agreement to an extension of time under section 15AA of the FOI Act.  We
