I would like to be provided with the detail of the Algorithm used in Victorian Primary school reports to determine "letter" grades.
IE: what is the calculation or system logic used to determine a student's (A,B,C,D,E) rating, based on the result levels entered by teachers.

Please provide this information.
To clarify, I do not mind what format the information comes in - be it a mathematical formulae, or cross referencing tables, or other. I just want to information do be able to determine how "letter" grades are derived from point scores allocated by teachers in student reports.

Hi Jason,
The Victorian FOI system is a little different to the Federal one, as there is a filing fee that must be paid before the request is considered valid.

As you can see, to make a valid request under the Victorian legislation you need to
*make it in writing to the Manager, Freedom of Information
*include an application fee, unless a waiver of fee is granted
*provide enough information to allow the requested documents to be identified.
