Richard Woolf

Dear Australian Competition and Consumer Commission,

On 15 July 2015, I submitted a complaint via the ACCC website, with reference 'accc-complaint-46573'.

I would like all files under this case, including, but not limited to, all correspondence related to the case, all related correspondence between the ACCC (and its parties) and Australia Post (and its parties).

An agent from the ACCC contacted me by email to confirm that I made the request, but buried in their email, they appeared to change the scope of the request.
In my response, I told them to please not change the scope of the request, but to rather make it as per the original request.

Dear Sonya,

Thank you for your request for confirmation.

While I can confirm that I am making the request, I cannot confirm the apparent change in request as stated in your email, as it differs significantly in nature from the scope of the request that was originally stated.

As a courtesy, for your reference, the original request was (with regard to case accc-complaint-46573):
"I would like all files under this case, including, but not limited to, all correspondence related to the case, all related
correspondence between the ACCC (and its parties) and Australia Post (and its parties)."
Whereas, your email stated the request as being:
"all correspondence between the ACCC and Australia Post relating to his complaint reference 'accc-complaint-46573'

Thanks and kind regards

Richard Woolf

The FOI agent gave me the opportunity to send the released documents directly to me, which I accepted, as it mostly contained my personal information, however, in his reply you can still see the schedule of the documents released to get an idea.
In the unlikely event that you need these documents, please contact me, although it's unlikely that they contain anything of interest.
