Dear Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads,

I wish for all the traffic data used to plan the Sumners Road Interchange Upgrade to be released so the public can make sense of the plan and why the money was spent to upgrade this section of road.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Prince

access to information/documents wherever possible, it does not guarantee
access to all or any parts of the relevant documents. In situations where
the proposed release of the requested documents would be considered to be
of concern to another person or entity, consultation with that person
would be required under the RTI Act.

Where an application will take more than five hours to finalise,
processing charges are applicable at the current rate of $8.00 per 15

Dear contact RTI,

The first two paragraphs don't have hyperlinks attached so i am unsure where they are. Could you please properly link to them so i can find them.

Also are you saying that:

1. you didn't do any independent and/or updated traffic analysis of the specific section of road/s you were planning to spend $65 million on?

2. You just went off previous annual traffic census data?

Yours sincerely,

Ben Prince
