Dear Department of Defence,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Defence's handling of my FOI request 'Army Standing Instructions - Personnel, Part 12, Chapter 6'.
The statutory decision period for this request, submitted on 14 September 2025, expired on 14 October 2025. As no decision has been provided and I have not been notified of any approved extension under sections 15AA or 15AB of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth), the request is now taken to be a deemed refusal under section 15AC of the Act.
I therefore seek an internal review of this deemed refusal pursuant to section 54 of the Act.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/ar...
Yours faithfully,
Jedstar
