In response to your informal access request, the City is not required to
maintain a register of approved hair salons and beauty salons, however in
accordance with Section 38 Public Health Act 2010 (NSW) we have a register
of premises that use skin penetration procedures.
I have attached a copy of this register which is current as at today’s
date.
