Clearances of salmonella disease within coles and woolworths lettuce
Dear Department of Health,
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I wish to seek evidence of the removal of salmonella contaminated lettuce within Coles and Woolworths supermarkets which were removed from shelves in early February, 2016.
