Dear FoI Officers,

Thankyou for attempting to find a copy of this document in your records.

I am pleased to advise that a copy of the Code of Conduct was included in the Appendices of an environmental impact study for a Marine Aquaculture Research Lease in Providence Bay, Port Stephens, NSW. Here's the direct download link: http://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/__data/assets/...

You may wish to keep a copy in your records should any future requests for it be made.

Yours sincerely,

Dan Monceaux
