Dear Redland City Council,

I recently, purchased property and asked for my statements / invoices by email as my part in helping the environment and of course ease of access. I appreciate I can go online to view these, however that doesn't negate the unacceptable environmental impact of posted invoices.

I would be grateful for the costs associated with sending paper documentation. E.g postage, paper, envelopes, printing, staffing costs, as I would like to approach the Government with an appeal to send ALL correspondence by email.

Thank you for your help.

Yours faithfully,

Kathy.
