Dear Mr Hutz

 

Thank you for your email of 25 August 2020, seeking information from the
Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (the Department) under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) — our reference FOI/2020/196.

 

Section 15(2) of the FOI Act sets out the requirements of a valid request,

FOI Act, and it must provide such information as is reasonably necessary
to enable a responsible officer of the agency or the minister to identify
the document that is requested.
