- Cause of death not COVID 19, but COVID 19 listed probable secondary cause in Vaccinated
- Cause of death stated as COVID 19 in Un-Vaccinated
- Cause of death not COVID 19, but COVID 19 listed probable secondary cause in Un Vaccinated

2. Any documentation discussing the ethical ramifications of taking onboard World Health Organization guide lines in the determination of COVID 19 cases and deaths/

3. Any documentation discussing the probability of false positives in statistics of COVID 19 Deaths or Cases and actions taken to help mitigate the errors.

4. Any documentation on why COVID 19 deaths are marked as Deaths in public listings, when in fact these stastistics do not represeant COVID-19 as the primary cause of death in many cases.

5. Any documentation to justify of why elderly COVID - 19 deaths are considered Covid Deaths when they are above the age expectancy, and have underlying health conditions, so likley did not die as COVID 19 as cause.

6. Any documentation on a ABS review of the COVID -19 statistics; stating why COVID -19 statistics are deemed ethical valid, even though they defer from the primary cause of death in many cases.

7. Any documentation into a local review process into the statistics of COVID 19 Deaths and Cases and the WHO guidelines to prove there acceptable representation of facts to the public.

8. What is the standard guidelines within Australia for representation of Death statistics, in relation to cause versus secondary cause; what is the typical death stastics based on.

9. As the Emergency Use PCR test can give false positive (up to 95% in asymptomatic people), how many COVID 19 statistical cases were in asymptotic people, what measures were taken to assure they were not false positive cases.

Thankyou kindly for your help in these matters, wishing you well;

Yours faithfully,
A member of a religious community in Western Australia

Dear Mark Haines,

If the drafts change the data in any major way, than the drafts would be useful also.

My contact email is [email address]

As it, due to my role in the community, I have no money to be able to pay any fees, so would it be possible to either wavier the fees, or just provide the information that is easily able to be gathered so as not to take up to much time. Ideally I was hoping to gain what access could be gained in good faith, anyhow I thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Yours sincerely,

A member of a religious community in Western Australia
