Dear Ajay

There are two publicly available sources that you may find useful in
relation to your request about the definition of COVID-19 vaccination.

1. The Public Health (COVID-19 General) Order (No 2) 2021 provides a
definition of "fully vaccinated"
([1]https://legislation.nsw.gov.au/file/Publ...
). The history of the previous orders is also available online.

2. We also refer to FAQs from the National Centre for Immunisation
Research and Surveillance (NCIRS) on the NSW Health website. The NCIRS
FAQs can be found at the following link and answer questions such as "how
many doses of a COVID vaccine are required and what is the schedule":
[2]https://www.ncirs.org.au/covid-19/covid-...

We trust this will be of assistance.

Should this information not be sufficient you will need to submit a formal
GIPA application to the NSW Ministry of Health.

Please follow the information on the following link for information on how
to apply: https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/gipaa/Page...
