Dear eSafety Commissioner,

Under section 23 of the Freedom of Information Act, the principal officer of an agency can make arrangements to give their decision making powers to others.

I would like a copy of the current delegations, as well as any old delegations from the last 12 months.

Please consider processing this request under "administrative release”. This would reduce the burden on the agency by reducing the cost and time required to make a formal decision.

If you refuse to process my request under administrative release please consider it a formal FOI Request.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Fairless

PS: While I am an employee of OpenAustralia Foundation (the charity that operates Right to Know) this request is made in a personal capacity.

FOI, eSafety Commissioner
