Dear Airservices Australia,
For the period 1 January 2011 through to 30 June 2021, can you please provide me with data relating to passenger flights and cargo flights in-bound to Perth Airport that did not land as intended, but instead diverted to another airport.

In the data set, can you please include as much of the following data as possible, such as:

Date and time of the diversion
The name of the airline
The flight number
The aircraft / airframe type
Departure airport
Name of the airport the aircraft diverted to
Reason for the diversion
Number of passengers on board
Location of the aircraft / where they were when they effected the diversion
(or how many hours since departure had they been flying when they effected the diversion)
(or how far from Perth Airport they where when they effected the diversion)
YPPH TAF at the time the diversion was effected
YPPH METAR at the time the diversion was effected

For the diverted flights, can you please provide details on their subsequent return to Perth Airport:
Date and time the flight landed at YPPH
The name of the airline
The flight number
The aircraft / airframe type
Departure airport
