Dear Department of Health,

Please provide me with any or all of the following documents:

1. Documentation proving isolation of the SARS-CoV-2 Delta strain by means of a purified viral sample being imaged with an electron microscope.
2. Documentation where the isolated SAR-CoV-2 virus sample mentioned in point 1 is exposed to healthy humans or animals and shown to cause the disease COVID-19.
3. Documentation showing the virus has been isolated from only the sample of a symptomatic patient of COVID 19, where it was not first combined with any other source of genetic material (not limited to but by way of example; monkey kidney cells/vero cells or liver cancer cells.)

As this information is of extreme public interest at this time, I request any fee for finding this information to be waived. Thank you for your time.

Yours faithfully,
