Dear Alfred Health,
I am requesting documents under the Freedom of Information Act that are containing: instructions, notices, evidence to support, in regards to the wearing of face masks by your internal staff and public that was sent to you from either the State or Federal Authorities in 2021

*Notes*: to keep the scope of the docs requested reasonable see below.
- by docs I am referring to communications ie emails, memos, minutes of decision meeting, guides, Q&A. that I expect your offices would be sent due to virus outbreak.
Such Docs would have been used to convey following info and directive or policy

WHAT the State & Federal Authority wants you to do regarding mask wearing
WHY include evidence & reason why staff and/or public should obey mask mandate.
WHO these docs should show where they originated and be ideally dated also
WHEN I am only after those docs covering this 2021 delta variant covid19 outbreak
EXCEPTION - and finally what is permitted as Exceptions for staff and public including any advice on who is bearing responsibility should any legal claim arise from staff or public suffering harm from mask-wearing (risk management)

Given the ever growing global studies and verifiable results that repeatedly demonstrate that there is no scientific medical justification for enforced mask wearing. It is certainly reasonable that the public know what, precisely, the state and federal authorities communicated with your offices in regards to facemasks.

As it appears currently to have zero effect slowing the outbreak but does have negative health & mental impacts, I hope for a swift response.

I appreciate how busy you are and have limited my doc request in scope and given enough additional info that finding and sending the docs or replying to say there are no such docs (very unusual since my request is re face masks, which are mandatory in nsw) should not take any great amount of time.
Nor should it be sensitive or confidential, citizens are entitled to ask to see docs that should show either a) or b) following.
What I expect to see is (a) the directives given to your offices are the same as those to the public with perhaps minor caveats and proof of efficacy as the state deems approp. or (b) the directives are not at all the same as the public mandate and so disrupt the media/govt narrative, as in some way the docs show masks are useless as per advice in global studies. (c) "We have no docs" would be a big surprise.

I'd like to request a waiver of any fees as information regarding the nsw mask mandate is certainly in the publics interest to know, but more importantly for myself personally charges would cause significant financial hardship as my income is limited to the jobseeker payment from centrelink. I can provide my CRN as evidence of this if you can advise the reason for collecting such PI info.
Due to the fact we are now living in a totalitarian police state, one where the premier calls lawful protesters 'disgusting' and the army is used to imprison citizens. I am hoping you will be understanding of my reluctance to share any identifying info with any place the new facist state may access it. I would be placing my personal welfare at risk as we have all seen how lawful protesters are treated currently.
