Dear Remy E,
I refer to previous email, outlined below, where an extension of time was
sought regarding your request. As no response was received from you, and
the decision date on that request has now expire, your request is deemed
to have been refused.
Although, your request is deemed to have been refused, we are continuing
to process and a decision will be provided as soon as possible.
Further, in response to searches undertaken, we have been asked to obtain
clarification around some points of your request.
In order to allow the University to undertake all reasonable searches,
please clarify the following:
• Are you specifically seeking Exemptions for consultants or services
procured by the Office of the Interim Vice Chancellor and the Chief
Operating Office and not other areas of the University?
• Please also specify what “services” you are referring to. Are you
seeking documents regarding particular types of services or all
services?
◦ Please note, if you are seeking documents regarding all services,
this may generate large numbers of documents, potentially resulting
in an unreasonable diversion of resources.
• More specific information will assist greatly in document
identification
Your earliest advice would be appreciated.
Kind regards

Dear Freedom of Information,
I am seeking all exemptions for consultants or services procured by the Office of the Interim Vice Chancellor and the Chief Operating Office in the date range provided. I would like to see a search undertaken as I do not believe there should be many procurement processes that would require an exemption.
Yours sincerely,
Remy E
