OFFICIAL
Dear Mr Morrison-Francis,

I am an officer authorised under s 23(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) to make decisions in relation to FOI requests.

I refer to the request in your email below.

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal is not a superannuation provider. As a result we do not believe we hold any documents within the scope of your request below and nor are there any places we could reasonably search for such documents. This means I must refuse your request under section 24A of the FOI Act. Section 24A permits an agency to refuse a request where all reasonable steps have been taken to find the document and the agency is satisfied that the document does not exist.

If you think my decision is wrong you can request internal review or review by the Australian Information Commissioner. Please see the attachment for more information about review rights.

Yours sincerely,

Sandra Koller
