Applied for Information Commissioner review.

Got e-mail from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner saying that the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications made a substantive decision to give me partial access to the requested documents, and within 2 weeks to let the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner know if I wish to withdraw the IC review application or to "proceed with the IC review application, including submissions about the grounds on which you wish to proceed." The e-mail also says that the IC review application may be finalised by a delegate of the Information Commissioner under s 54W(a)(ii) if I do not reply.

I replied saying that I wish to withdraw the IC review application.
