Request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982

I refer to your Freedom of Information Act (FOI Act) request, dated and
received 2 November 2016, in which you sought access to ‘the current FOI
Delegations, and any related directions issued in respect of FOI’.
The document that falls within the scope of your request is the
‘Australian Communications and Media Authority Freedom of Information Act
1982 – Approved arrangements under paragraph 10A(1)(b) and subsection
23(1)’.
As an authorised decision maker under section 23 of the FOI Act, I have
made the decision to release the document to you under section 11A of the
FOI Act. I am therefore attaching a copy of the relevant document.
