Food safety inspections for the years 2014, 2015, 2016
Dear Local Council,
Can you please provide me with the number of food safety inspections carried out in your area annually, for the last three years?
How many warning were issued each year and how many fines each year?
What percentage of all food outlets did the council inspect each year?
Have any outlets been shut down for non-compliance and if so what for and how many?
What were the worst offences/biggest fines for each year?

The attached Food Activity Reports for the 2015 and 2016 financial years
provide most of the information you have requested. The 2014 report has
not been located within Council’s electronic document management system
and I am making enquiries within the responsible area of Council and also
with the NSW Food Authority to obtain a copy of the 2014 report.
When I have a copy of the 2014 report, I will forward it on to you.

The reports I sent you are correctly labelled and are not the same. I
have attached the original email response I sent to you and you will note
that the attached reports within that email contain different data and
reference numbers for 2014/15 and 2015/16.
As previously advised I have been unable to locate the 2013/2014 Report.
A request was made to the NSW Food Authority to provide Nambucca Shire
Council with a copy of that report. A copy has not as yet been received,
but I will forward it on to you if it is received.
