Dear Mr Sturgen

Thank you for clarifying the scope of your FOI Request.

I have spoken with the appropriate business area and have been informed that the Department of Finance is unlikely to hold any documents that meet the scope of your enquiry.

We cannot confirm, however, it may be possible that another Department holds the information you are seeking. For example, the National Mental Health Commission may hold the information.

You have the following three options:
1. Proceed with your request with Finance, whereby our business area will undertake a full scoping search for the documents you have requested, and then move to a formal decision.
2. With your consent, we can seek to transfer your request to a more appropriate Department, for example NMHC?
3. Or you can withdraw your application.

We ask that you reply to this email with your preferred approach (1, 2 or 3 above).

If you would like to discuss the details of this request in further detail you can contact me on the number below.

Kind regards
