Gold Coast Roster for 29th June 2023
Dear Airservices Australia,
I request a copy of the roster for 29th June 2023 for the roster group that contains the "GOLD COAST" sector.
I understand that this will contain staff names and this would be private information. Therefore, I am happy for all names to be redacted, with the roster showing only tasks, times, and any vacant shifts (ie. you don't need to redact the name on a vacant shift).

When you say "roster group", can you advise if this is in relation to our Air Traffic Control staff or Aviation Rescue Firefighting staff?
Is the sought "roster" intended to be limited to a list of tasks, times, and any vacant shifts list of persons who were working in a certain location on 29th June 2023?
Is the sought roster to be limited to relevant staff at the Gold Coast coast airport (near Coolangatta), or is it intended to capture a wider "sector" that "contains" the Gold Coast? If it is the latter, could you please advise of the other airports that are intended to be captured within this sector?

I understand about the delay. I am sure you will endeavor to meet the original 30 day deadline after waiting 8 days to seek clarification. I expect this should be a very easy request and your human resources department could probably get this single document in 5 minutes.
Answers to questions written are respectively:
1) "roster group" refers to an Air Traffic Control roster group. I am not asking anything about firefighting.
2) The sought roster is the daysheet for the applicable roster group for 29th June, as obtained from your rostering system. A brief google search indicates you use a system called "Delmia Quintiq". As indicated in my original request, I do not want any of the names or descriptors of individuals. I just want to see the "daysheet" for that group on that day, without ANY modification or obfuscation, save for redaction of staff names.
3) The sought roster refers to staff working in the enroute air traffic control group that houses the "gold coast" sector. On 29th June you published NOTAM C1020/23 about this ATC sector and I would like the roster for the group that houses it. That name is an air traffic control sector name (not a tower, it's a sector in brisbane centre) and I am not referring to Coolangatta airport or any other specific airport.
