Freedom of Information, National Carbon Capture and Storage Council

Dear Rickie

The National Carbon Capture and Storage Council (NCCSC) is no longer in existence.

You should direct your request to the relevant NSW Government agency. As State Governments are responsible for regulating mining activities in their jurisdiction the NSW Government would have the information relating to the interactions about licencing referenced in your FOI request.

The department has considered your FOI request dated 2 April 2019 as an invalid request and we will not take further action regarding this matter.

Regards
