Hobart Airport - ASA Flyer via unaddressed mail order
Dear Australian Postal Corporation,
It seems that a previous FOI request made last week has not appeared on your site, so I have followed up with submission again.
I refer to the public comments advertised by Airservices Australia (ASA) regarding their Airservices Australia Letter drop: 28 Oct - 1 Nov 2024.............
"30km radius from Carlton River with some exclusions to the west where changes do not apply. Additions were made to the north to ensure areas south of Triabunna and around Buckland received the letter. Some residents from Carlton Bluff Road, Wedgetail, Frogmouth, Midden and Petrel, and Kestrel St Primrose Sands have reported non-delivery of the CE flyer. Australia Post confirmed all flyers delivered by week ending 16 November 2024"
FOI request to Australia Post
Could I please obtain a copy of the unaddressed mail orders submitted by Airservices Australia (ASA) for their letter box flyer delivery in Southern TAS in Oct-Nov 2024.
It should contain the number of flyers delivered, areas and dates.
Also please provide the copy of the Aust Post confirmation to ASA that all flyers were delivered by 16 Nov 2024.
Our group note no flyers were delivered to the Primrose Sands area as confirmed by your Australia Post rep or some areas of Carlton River.
ASA in our opinion, have not completed their Aust Post order correctly to fulfill a 100% coverage of our communities.
Yours faithfully,
Cathy Minnucci
