Incubator Support Initiative Duty Statements

The request was successful.

Dear FOI team,

I would like to see the Incubator Support Initiative Duty Statements executed by the AusIndustry Head of Division on 8 May 2019.

I would also like to see the reasons due to which these statements were executed in May 2019 (almost 3 years after program commencement).

Yours faithfully,

Harry Witherspoon

Dear Harry

I refer to your correspondence received by The Department of Industry,
Science, Energy and Resources (the department) on 12 November 2020.

The department has determined that the documents you are seeking do not
require you to submit a request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982
and can be released under Administrative Access.

As such, please find attached the documents you have requested.

In relation to the second part of your request, the reasons due to which
these statements were executed in May 2019, I can confirm the department
holds no documents relevant to this part of your request.

On this basis, can you please advise if you wish to withdraw your FOI
request at your earliest convenience but no later than Thursday 10
December 2020.

Noting if you do not withdraw your request or no response is received from
you by this date, you will be issued a 24A decision on the grounds that no
documents exist.

Kind regards

Heather
