Can you please provide all information relating to a lease held by this department on
(Lot 858 on SP 158152).
This information will include but not limited to:
- The use of this building and tenant/residential agreements.
-Recreational use for officers/sub-contractors.
-Logbook for all entries for last 7 years for authorised persons.
- Budget for 2013- 2020.
-Maintenance on vessel "TOM MARSHALL", costs related to.
-Limited access to public lands reasons for.
-Costings for lease agreements.
-And any other information that is of interest to the people of this land area.
No personal information is necessary.
I ask that all fees in relation to this request be waived because the release of the documents is in the public interest with relation to fiduciary duties.
