Dear Australian Taxation Office (or assign),

There is no legislation that states/reads (or is similar) to:

1. A qualified employee (or assign) of the Australian Taxation Office has right over a man in common law.

2. A qualified employee (or assign) of the Australian Taxation Office has right over the property belonging to a man in common law.

3. The law of the land in not common law.

Is there a internal policy or directive or law (or other) that makes the above (or similar) claims/statements? If so, provide: a copy of the internal policy or directive or law (or other).
