Dear Australian Competition and Consumer Commission,

I request access to the following documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982:

1. Documents that contain investigations into colour blind glasses.

2. Documents that contain investigations into Enchroma for misleading advertising.

3. Documents that contain investigations into any other colour blind glasses brands for misleading advertising.

If the ACCC wishes to administratively answer the following questions I will consider withdrawing this request:
1. Has the ACCC conducted an investigation into Enchroma or similar brands for misleading advertising regarding colour blind glasses?

2. Is the ACCC aware that Enchroma is fraudulently advertising their colour blind glasses to promote their scam?

Yours faithfully,

CR
