After I received a quote for $119.10 to deliver the request, I launched a modest crowd-funding campaign on GoFundMe.com.

To my delight, it was fully funded 6 hours after it was created, courtesy of a single generous donor.

An invoice for the remaining fees was received today via personal email. It has since been paid in full using BPay. I am impressed with the invoicing system that the Department of Defence uses, which makes paying these invoices quick and painless when compared to some other agencies I have lodged requests with.
