Could you provide to me under the auspices of Freedom of Information the details of the current logo used by your "Trove" website confirming the permission or licensing of its use in comparison with the extremely similar "Open VPN" logo which predates it and is found on that organizations website openvpn.net

Thank you for your request for documents under the FOI Act.

Please see attached documents that fall within the scope of your request. That is, documents that confirm the permission or licensing for the use of the Trove logo. Specifically, the documents confirm that the Trove logo (and Trove Partner logo) have been registered as trade marks with IP Australia.

For your information, as part of the trade mark registration process, there is a period of 2 months from the date of acceptance in which interested parties may oppose the registration. Once that period passes and no one opposes the trade marks, IP Australia registers the trade marks within 10 days of the end of that period.
