I refer to your resent request for information received by this Office on 18 August 2023.
I confirm that the NEVDIS system is owned by Austroads, and therefore this request should be referred to Austroads.
As such, this matter will not progress any further with our area. Should you wish to obtain additional information that may be held by CMTEDD, please do not hesitate to contact the Information Management team again.

I would like to proceed with a formal FOI request for documents in the possession of CMTEDD that provide instructions on how to access, use, connect or interface with NEVDIS.
For the avoidance of doubt this includes (but is not limited to) documents created by AustRoads that are in the possession of CMTEDD.
