Number of opportunities that are open to all
Dear Digital Transformation Agency,
I would like to know what % of opportunities listed on the Digital Marketplace (and its replacement) were open to all.
I am interested to know how this may have changed over time. Can you please provide a list of all opportunities listed on the Digital Marketplace or Digital Marketplace 2 including:
- the opportunity title
- the opening date
- the closing date
- whether it was ‘open to all’ or open to ‘invited sellers’
