I am writing to request access under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) to the following documents relating to the Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre (PVRSC):

The full Otium Group report commissioned by or provided to Penrith City Council regarding the operations, management, or future planning of the PVRSC or similar regional sports facilities.

The lease agreement between Penrith City Council and Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre Ltd (including the original 1988 lease and any subsequent variations, extensions, or management rights amendments).

Any correspondence, internal memos, or Council reports that reference the Otium report’s findings or recommendations for the PVRSC.

A status update on when these documents (particularly the PVRSC lease) will be made publicly available — either through the Council website, a GIPA decision notice, or the existing Right to Know request already lodged by another resident.

These documents are of strong public interest, as they relate to the governance, financial commitments, and future planning of a community-funded regional facility.

If the Otium report or lease can be provided informally, I am happy to receive them electronically to avoid a formal GIPA fee. Otherwise, please treat this email as a formal GIPA application, and I will pay the $30 fee upon confirmation.
