PBS Discount

I write to you under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. The Media Release 1st January 2016 on Discount PBS prescriptions states that those prescriptions have been reduced by $1. What documents and reports do you have that resulted in the conclusion of such a small amount and not a greater reduction?
