Dear Waverley Council,
I request the following information:
- The total turnover rate in the People & Culture department for the last two financial years in comparison to the organization total.
- The total number of employees employed in People & Culture who live and work for Council overseas.
- The total number of employees who have been paid a redundancy and been reemployed by Council in People & Culture.
- The total number of workers compensation claims by current and former employees of People & Culture in the last two financial years.
I request that this request be dealt with informally as per the Government
Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act)

Turnover rate in organisation – 21.19%

Turnover rate in P&C – 1.84%
Turnover rate in organisation – 21.29%
* The numbers include permanent, temporary and casual employees.
Contractors are not included.

The General Manager has decided not to deal with this request informally
