Dear FOI,

The Department has still not provided a response to FOI Request # FA 18/11/01547, which requests "policies and procedures regarding protection claims made before or at immigration clearance in airports." I note that this request was filed on 28 November 2018 and is long overdue. It appears that the Department has posted FOI information for a separate request (FA 18/11/01551) under the FA 18/11/01547 request string, resulting in this confusion.

Please provide a response to FOI Request # FA 18/11/01547.
