d. 15 - 20 km radius from Adelaide GPO
e. 20 - 25 km radius from Adelaide GPO
Of these premises mapped* for Skymuster requested above, can you also please provide the number of those premises that are considered "Complex Premises" under NBNCo's "Technology Choice Program" (as at 01/07/2023), and therefore unable (as at 01/07/2023) to request a change of technology (from Skymuster) via NBN's "Technology Choice program".

Re: "processing fees and the basis for any fee waiver request"
The same request has been made twice previously for 2021 and 2022, please refer to: FOI2223002.003 and FOI212202.03.
In both requests, it was found the time spent collecting the data was not substantial and drafting/finalising a response was less than 5 hours. (Decision-making Time and Fees - Paragraph #16 and #17 in both responses)
Given the request submitted in 2023 is precisely the same (and would therefore likely require the same amount of time to collect the data and drafting./finalising a response), I would anticipate no fees to be charged on this occasion in 2023.
