Adam Presnell

Dear Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority,

I wish to obtain a copy of the Queensland Health's Forensic and Scientific Services Laboratory Reports on 'GLORICIDE', both the Original version and Amended versions.

The report was commissioned and distributed in various forms in 2012. By law it was required to be distributed to the APVMA.

I would also like to obtain the APVMA's response to this report to the Queensland Government and its Agencies, the SCRC, the all Federal Departments and Ministers.

The report indicates the presence of the creation of new chemicals and unforeseen chemical reactions, carcinogens that have been used in Public places and in and around Aquatic Areas. The report was Amended to exclude information.

Yours faithfully,

Adam Presnell

FOI, Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority
