Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (the
Department), seeking:

 

‘Please provide the reason for the termination of the Department of
Education (Victoria) from the Climate Active program on the 18 September
2025.’

 

Please be advised that as the right of access under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act) is to documents we do not consider
your email to be a valid request under the FOI Act as you are seeking
“reasons” rather than documents.
