OFFICIAL

Dear Applicant

As you may know, some online material relevant to your FOI request was
reclassified by the Classifications Review Board on 5 December 2025. We
had not been notified of this reclassification at the time of our decision
on 8 December 2025.

One effect of this reclassification is that some material withheld from
disclosure under section 7(2) of the FOI Act may no longer have been a
record of class 1 material for the purposes of the FOI Act or Online
Safety Act 2021 at the time of our decision, as its RC classification had
been revised to R18+. Accordingly, some of the redactions we made under
section 7(2) of the FOI Act may have been incorrect.

We will review the reclassification decision and provide you, on an
administrative basis, with an updated set of documents reflecting this
change in due course, noting that the reclassification decision may not
apply to all footage of the relevant events.

Kind regards

FOI Coordinator
