Removal,for sale,of haylage/silage 2018/2019

Dear NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service,
I wish to access all information including file notes, communications etc.on the removal, for sale to private entities, of approximately 800 round bales of silage/haylage from the everlasting swamp national park in 2018/2019.This information should include whether a tender process was called for, how the decision to allocate the hay was arrived at, what monies, if any,was paid to npws,how the decision to remove the above bales was arrived at, and who was involved in the decision making process
