I request documents under the FOI ACT 1982.

Notices, decisions and documents issued under the FOI Act in response to this request can be sent to me by return email.

It is my understanding that there has been an officer in charge of publishing listings of proceedings in the Victoria District Registry of the Federal Court since at least 1 January 2010. That officer in charge of publishing listings information has either been referred to as, among other things, the senior court officer, listings officer, listings manager, or court support coordinator.

PART 1

I would like access to any and all documents that constitute a position description of the work and groups of duties that the officer responsible for publishing listings of proceedings in the Victoria District Registry of the Federal Court since 1 January 2010.

PART 2

The APSC has developed a role evaluation tool that needs to be completed as part of the classification or reclassification of an APS level job. The most recent iteration of this tool is contained on pages 5 – 7 of the APS Role evaluation guidance and tool. Please provide access to any and all role evaluations that have been completed in respect of the position of the officer responsible for publishing listings of proceedings in the Victoria District Registry of the Federal Court since at least 1 January 2010.

So that there is no misunderstanding, the role evaluation documents should contain:

• the job title;
• evaluation date;
• date of the role creation;
• the role status;
• the primary purposes and main objectives of the role;
• a list of sources of information and evidence used to inform the evaluation;
• evaluation factors, scores and rationales;
• comparison with work level standards;
• classification level according to the public service (classification) rules or other permissible instrument;
• Agency Head or Delegate approval of the role evaluation;
• signature and position title of the approver; and
• date of approval.

PART 3

To the extent that role evaluation documents do not exist in respect of the work of the officer responsible for publishing listings of proceedings in the Victoria District Registry of the Federal Court, please provide any and all documentary evidence, including job descriptions, evidence from incumbent and past listings officers, evidence from supervisors of incumbent and past listings officers, interviews, and any other relevant documentation, that would have, or should have, been used to inform the role evaluation relating to the work and the duties of the officer responsible for publishing listings of proceedings in the Victoria District Registry of the Federal Court.

PART 4

I would like access to any and all vacancy notices published in the Public Service Gazette in respect of the role of the officer responsible for publishing listings of proceedings in the Victoria District Registry of the Federal Court since 1 January 2010.
