Request for court register information – Hume City Council prosecutions for “Fail to comply with Fire Prevention Notice”

We're waiting for Nazar to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Registrar / Court Services Victoria,

I am writing to request information from the Court’s register under the Magistrates’ Court Act 1989.

Specifically, I seek details of any prosecutions initiated by Hume City Council at Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court for the charge “Fail to comply with Fire Prevention Notice” (offence code 91 under the CFA Act / Fire Rescue Victoria Act) during the period 1 January 2018 to present.

For each matter, I request the following information (if available from the court register):

- Case number / file reference
- Date filed and hearing dates
- Outcome (withdrawn, dismissed, not guilty, guilty, penalty imposed)

I am requesting this information for research purposes. If a formal application (Form 6A – Application to inspect or obtain copy of court record) is required, please advise and provide the applicable fee.

Thank you for your assistance.

Yours faithfully

Nazar
