I am seeking the following document(s) under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act):

A list/register/document detailing the invitations issued inviting candidates to apply for state nomination under the Victorian SC190 Skilled Nominated visa program which, at the very least, includes:

the occupation name/title (i.e. including ANZSCO code);

the points score calculated in accordance with Schedule 6D of the Migration Regulations 1994 which will have been demonstrated/indicated in the applicable SkillSelect EOI of the selected candidate for the SC190 program in which Victoria has been selected as one of, or the only, state of interest for nomination; AND

the quantity of invitations issued by Living in Melbourne/ Victorian Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions for each occupation and for each and every invitation round for the current program year (i.e. 1 July 2025 - date of receiving this request).
