Dear Melbourne Water,

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth), regarding the Edithvale-Seaford Wetlands:

1. Environmental monitoring reports and infrastructure maintenance logs from 2020–2024.
2. Documentation justifying current security measures, including risk assessments for trespassing penalties.
3. Records of partnerships with private contractors or federal agencies for wetland operations.
4. Incident reports related to trespassing, aerial activity, or UAP sightings.

Please advise if any information is withheld under exemptions, and provide the legal basis for such redactions.
