has not been provided within the expected timeframe.

Your request is taken to have been received at the time of receipt in our
designated FOI mailbox, i.e. 8 May 2025.

The 30-day statutory period for processing your request commenced from the
day after that date and your decision is due 7 June 2025.

As this is a Saturday, Airservices may provide you with a decision on the

June 2025 is a public holiday).

The period of 30 days may be extended if we need to consult third parties
or for other reasons. We will advise you if this happens.

Preliminary searches - feedback

Our preliminary searches have not located any documents within scope of
your request. The likely reason being our baseline retention period for
this data is 90 days which is in accordance with our record keeping
requirements set out under our Airservices’ Records Authority.

There are some instances that may require us to retain surveillance data
for longer periods (e.g. data that relates to a specific aviation
incident), however, we would need more information from you to assess
whether your request falls into one of these categories please.

If you have any additional information to assist our searches, please
respond by reply email at your earliest convenience. Otherwise, you can
expect to receive a decision on access by 10 June 2025.
