Requesting for information on the proposed tram substation concerning the compulsory acquisition of 320 Reynard St, Pascoe Vale South.
Dear VIC Department of Transport,
I wish to request from your office all documents, including meeting notes, campaign, expert advice, financial records, communications material between other government departments, research and community survey data, relating to the compulsory acquisition at 320 Reynard St, Pascoe Vale South for the proposed tram substation project, please. The compulsory acquisition is said to have taken place on the 8th of October 2019. My request refers to all documents between May 2019 to current date.

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 requires all applicants to pay an application fee of $31.80. Payment can be made online via www.online.foi.vic.gov.au and selecting “Department of Transport” as the agency.
Payment may be waived or reduced if it would cause financial hardship to the applicant. Evidence in support of a claim of hardship would include a copy of a Pension Card or Health Care Card. This can be mailed or emailed through to our office at [email address].

Your request will be processed upon receipt of the above information. Until such time, your request is considered invalid and will not be processed.
