Dear Sydney Trains,
I would like to see the risk assessment done for Monday, the day no trains moved due to alleged safety concerns when train crew refused alterations.

Yours faithfully,
Andrew

It appears Transport for NSW will not action emailed FOI requests. The last email directs you to their access portal. From another request on this site (linked below), you need to make a 'formal application' as they 'cannot informally release information under the GIPA Act'.

Only formal online and mail applications are available with a $30 application fee.
