Are you requesting documents for this time period to date and if so, could you please provide specific date range details for all points of your request? Dependant on the date range for searches access charges will need to be accessed and applied to you request seeking part payment to proceed if searches are not routine and once your request becomes valid.

Please note also that as your request relates to Government Agencies and third parties, documents are subject to consultation and notification seeking views on release from Government Agencies and all third parties including Councillors in accordance with Section 33 of the FOI Act. This can be discussed further once payment of the application fee and clarification of your request regarding document date range. If you would like to discuss this further, I will be able to assist you with this early next week as I will be taking some leave over the next two days and returning Tuesday 6 October, next week.
